If you're unable to log into Lezhin Comics due to an issue with your SNS account, here are a few steps to try:

1. If you're unable to sign in with your Facebook/Twitter account:

• Delete all caches and cookies data from your browser, and then try signing in again.

2. If you still can't sign in after clearing cache and cookies:

• Set a password for your account ID and login using your email & password.
• Forgot your password? visit the URL : https://www.lezhin.com/en/login/forgot_password 
• Enter your account e-mail in the [blank] using lowercase letters, and make sure your password is more than 8 characters long, including letters, numbers, and at least one special character such as ' ! @ # $ '.

• Reconnect your account to Facebook / Twitter on [My Account] page of the website.
• My Account URL : https://www.lezhin.com/en/account 
• Before reconnecting or after disconnecting from Facebook, please clear all cache data on your browser.

When changing your password, it must be at least 8 characters long and include letters, numbers, and at least one special character (e.g., !@#$). If you are unable to change or set your password even after meeting these requirements, please ensure you have included a special character.

1.   What is VIP Membership?

VIP Membership is a recurring payment plan that automatically purchases coins every month. If you purchase a VIP Membership Coin Bundle, you will pay a set of fee every month for coins, bonus coins, and other benefits.

2.    How can I purchase a VIP Membership?

 All VIP Memberships can be purchased on the [Purchase Coins] page on the website, or the Android PLUS app.

*Please note that VIP Memberships are not available on certain app versions: iOS apps on the App Store and Android apps on Google Play Store.

3.    I want to change my credit card information/billing date for the VIP Membership.

• Unfortunately, we do not provide an option to change your credit card information for the VIP Membership. Therefore, if you wish to change it, you have to cancel it and repurchase the same Coin Bundle using the new credit card.
• The billing cycle is automatically set based on the date of first purchase, and will not change. Therefore, if you want to change the payment date, we recommend canceling your VIP Membership Coin Bundle and repurchasing it on the day you prefer.

4.    VIP Membership has been suspended/on hold due to a payment issue.

• Payment issues may cause the VIP Membership to be placed on hold. Therefore, please verify your payment details.
• If the payment is not completed within the suspension period (7 days), the VIP Membership will be automatically cancelled on the 8th day.

5.    Can I refund the coins that I purchased and received via VIP Membership?

• To be eligible for a refund, all the coins, bonus coins, and points in the Coin Bundle must not have been used.
• If you would like to request a refund for your VIP membership, please submit a ticket within 7 days of purchase, along with the receipt of your VIP payment and the exact month you would like to receive a refund for,
  *The refund process typically takes 2 to 3 business days or sometimes up to two ~ three weeks depending on the bank / card company’s process.

6.    How can I cancel the VIP Membership?

 You can cancel your VIP Membership through the following menu of the website or app.

*If you apply for cancellation, it will be cancelled on the next payment date and your next scheduled payment will not be processed.

*If you apply for cancellation on the billing date, the transaction will still be processed on that day.  
*Please understand that the VIP Membership must be cancelled by the user, in the exception of some cases.

2. Under the same conditions, it is consumed from the coins with the shortest expiration date.

The "Free Rental Pass" is a pass that allows you to rent certain episodes of a comic without using coins or making a purchase.

Q. Can I use the Free Rental Pass for all episodes of the comic?

A. The pass can only be used for episodes labeled as 'Free Rental Passes Available.'

*This label is displayed for the first 30% of the series, up to episode 10

Q: Why were coins deducted instead of using the Free Rental Pass?

A: If a Free Rental Pass is applicable for an episode, it will always be used first before any coins are deducted.

How to check if a Free Rental Pass can be used:

• If coins are required: When you select the episode from the episode list, a pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to use your coins.
• If a Free Rental Pass can be used: When you select the episode from the episode list, you will be taken directly to the episode without any pop-up confirmation.
  Note: This process does not apply if you are currently viewing an episode using the 'Zen Reader'.

Q. How long can I enjoy the comic rented with the Free Rental Pass?

A. You can access the rented comic for 3 days (72 hours).

Q. Can I cancel the comic rented with the Free Rental Pass?

A. Since the comic wasn't purchased, cancellation isn't available.

Q. Where can I find information about the Free Rental Pass?

A. You can find available passes and usage details in [My Account] > [Expected Expiration Dates] and [Usage History].

Q. Can I purchase a currently rented episode?

A. Yes, you can purchase a currently rented episode in [My Library] > [Purchases].

Note: The [Purchases] tab in [My Library] only shows purchased episodes, so please be careful not to make unnecessary purchases when checking the comic in the [Purchases] tab.

1. Reviewing Your Account IDs

We suggest reviewing your account IDs. Occasionally, users make purchases without logging in, or there may be confusion with other accounts, especially for iOS users who log in with their Apple accounts. 

This can make it difficult to investigate issues without proper login information. 

Kindly log in using your Lezhin account ID to access and review your library history.

2. Free Episodes in My Library

Free episodes do not show up in the [My Library] → [Purchases] tab unless you have officially "purchased" them. 

If you have not purchased the free episodes, your library might appear incomplete, and the [Purchase Comic] window may pop up when you click on a free episode in the [My Library] -> [Purchases] tab.
